This is Atkins '72-style Induction...
WEEK ONE (0-5 carbs per day)
Any meats and Fish (except sausage, hot dogs, cold cuts, oysters or scallops)
Eggs (no limit)
Diet Jello
Condiments: spices, mustard, vinegar, sweeteners, horseradish
Beverages: broth, diet soda, coffee, tea, water
Salad - two small green salads per day (2 cups loosely packed greens, 1 cup per salad, celery, cucumber and radishes. Low carb dressing, pickles and olives are allowed. See the salad veg list below) ...
