I have given up on diet "plans" of any type. They just don't work for me.

There are too many times that they just DO NOT work such as birthdays, family get togethers, eating out, etc. So I got rid of all my diet books, stashed my leftover Medifast in the basement in case we ever have a big weather emergency like a tornado or earthquake (they are very similar to emergency rations anyway

). I just plan on eating healthy. For me that would be a LOT of veggies, 1-2 servings of fruit everyday, whole grains once a day or less, no full-fat dairy and only low fat or fat free dairy...
