Posted 08-27-2008 at 05:35 PM by slimdays
i gained 2 pounds this week. I was not surprised. i had too many bites, licks and tastes and meals out. it was one of those weeks. i knew i was going to have a gain.

this is a new week and i am going to try very hard to eat at home and eat what is good for me.

i am still celebrating the fact that i kept on my ww plan all summer and i went to the gym 5-6 times a week all summer. that is huge!!

Lunch:
1/4 grilled chicken (breast)w/skin + seasoning
1 c. green beans w/garlic& red pepper season
Diet coke

Dinner...well, I ate like a PIG. It was a BIG family dinner, but I wasn't stuffed when I stopped, and all of my food was LC, but I still feel bad. Maybe I didn't have enough at lunch? Anyway, here it is...

1 slice ham
2 c. green beans
1 small (about 4 oz.) sirloin steak
salad---green, w/egg, oil / vinegar dressing, spoonful of tuna salad, 2 spoonfuls crab salad
1 slice turkey
