Okay, today is day one of Eat Fat Get Thin. Today I combined it with IF and had one meal which I ate at 7:00 p.m....my eating window lasts for an hour so today that was until 8:00 p.m.
I entered my calories into Fitday and was surprised at just how few carbs 40 carbs is... Heck one cup of cooked broccoli is 13 carbs...that is a lot! One apple is 19 carbs...medium... The fajita seasoning that I used, Kroger Brand was 12 carbs for half of the package... I definitely need to find a recipe for my own low carb Fajita seasing, after reading the ingredients it was full of crap that I don't...
