Some weeks i am mighty glad that i goto the gym as often as i do. it keeps the damage control low. i only lost .6 this week. i wanted a better loss than that but hubby went and cooked his famous meatloaf yesterday and i indulged. it is not the best thing to have the day before wi. but sooooooo good.

i am living ww for sure!!! ha ha ha ha ha

i am still at the summer cottage and i hope to be home by the end of the week. i hear this weekend is not going to be good weather wise.

CHEESECAKE PUDDING
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
3/4 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
2 teaspoons vanilla
Fruit, not included in the counts

Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, Splenda and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream. Serve with fruit, if desired.

Makes 4 cups or 6 servings

Flourless Chocolate Cake

CAROLYN'S 3-MINUTE FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
1 teaspoon baking powder *
1 tablespoon butter, softened

Spray a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl with cooking spray. I used a Grab-it bowl. Add the egg and beat it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter forms. Microwave on HIGH 30-60 seconds or until it puffs up and no longer looks wet in the center. Serve with whipped...
