Slow Progress

Have changed my weighing day to Saturdays as that is much more convenient. Still losing but only .4 of a pound. I have a really slow metabolism, something to do with my Thyroid. I am glad I haven't set myself any goal weights. I would love to get to 280 by Christmas but at this rate I will be lucky to make 280. The upside despite having a stressful week is I feel quite good. Have not managed the treadmill at all but walked the hospital corridors instead. Mum who is nearly 88 years had a fall in her rest home and broke her hip. After many assessments they finally operated and gave her a partial...

Trying to climb the carb ladder once again.
15-20 total carbs.

09-04-08
S - few bites of zucchini "pizza crust" (1.5)
B - Mixed Nuts (5.4)
L - 6oz can tuna with mayo (1.2)
D - Kalua Pork and Cabbage, side salad (8.0)

(16.1 total carbs)


09-05-08
B - Peice of zucchini pizza crust - 4.5
S - Protein shake - 5.0
L - Peices of chicken breast - 0
S - Tuna/mayo on top of zucchini pizza crust
(used like flat-bread) - 5.6
D - probably a peice of meat with salt...

B- 2 slices cheese (1.2)
L - Spicy pork rinds w/ ranch (1.2)
D- PB&J (LC) on GG Bran Crisps (9.0) I had a craving!
(11.4 carbs)
I had a lot of convenience food and nothing quality – but I rarely do this.

09/01/08-
B – Tea with cream (0.5)
L – 1 small duck (@3-4 oz meat) w/ seasonings (1.0)
D – Nothing (bad!) (0.0)
(1.5 carbs)
I know I did not eat enough this day!! I try not to do this!

09/02/08-
B – Skipped (bad, I know!) (0.0)
L – Pork rinds w/ranch (1.2)

back from camping!
I had a wonderful time.
went and seen 4 different waterfalls, just beautiful
Went tubing down the deep creek river.
almost 40 yrs old and never did that before and I had so much fun.
the kids got tuckered out before I did.
I was ready to go but everyone else was tired or cold or feet hurt or something.
Did not finish any of my books yet.
but getting close!
Eating plan sucked,it could have been worse.
The s'mores did me in~
