I had McDonalds last night. Down 1.5 more!

Good morning!

I hadn’t lost anything when I weighed yesterday but today I’m down 1.5 more pounds!! That makes 6.5 since Monday and 7.5 total. Woohoo!!

Last night I had MCDONALDS for dinner!!! I ate a double quarter pounder with cheese without the bread and two side salads with ranch dressing. How cool is that? I forgot and got the whole meal but my husband ate my fries,,,along with his fries. I did have ONE fry but that was it.

For the rest of the day I had a steak, cheese and jalapeno omelet for breakfast and ground beef/rotel/cream cheese...

It's Friday, finally!!

Here is my menu for today:
B:5 pieces bacon
diet A&W Root Beer

L:Grilled chicken salad ranch

S:SF Chocolate pudding

D:Steak
Broccoli with cheese

Goals:
Do laundry and start decluttering my house! Box up things that I don't use or really want for a garage sale.

HAGD!!!

Well, I am at a rut I believe. I can't get under my current weight, and I need to very badly... However, I feel like I am obsessing about my weight, and I think I need to just chill (my husband tells me to just chill) but it's a lot easier said than done... not sure how to chill... I am so desperate to get back that 'pre-baby' weight, that it is killing me... So, I am going to start the Atkins again... I tried the beginning of the year and lost 12lbs, therefore I am going to try again... I have 35lbs, that just need to go away, so here goes everything!

I started this plan on 11-11-09 with a starting weight of 143.4.

I will continue on this plan until my goal weight of 128 is reached. I hope to accomplish this by Christmas.

11-11-09 Weight 143.4
