Hello people!!!

I had a great time out with my girls last night. I was a good girl too! I had a skinny girl margarita and crab cakes! I did have a piece of bread which wasn't a good choice but no damage. Anyways lots of dancing so I had a blast.

I am finally 152lbs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo! My next goal is 150lbs so it will take me about two weeks for this goal to be met.

I am back within my 2pound window and so happy about it too!

I will weigh in again on Wednesday morning and I will hopefully be the same or less.

I did good on my eating yesterday but some of my other goals went out the window.

yesterday's goals:
  • eat on plan
  • exercise
  • 15 min. decluttering
  • read a little out of my book
  • get a load of laundry done

today's goals:
  • exercise
  • eat on plan
  • 15 min. decluttering
  • read a little out of my book
  • get a load or 2 of laundry done

I moved exercise to the top of my goals today as I NEED to get it done today no matter what.

I may keep my goals a little light the next couple days as far as extra stuff goals. got...

I had McDonalds last night. Down 1.5 more!

Good morning!

I hadn’t lost anything when I weighed yesterday but today I’m down 1.5 more pounds!! That makes 6.5 since Monday and 7.5 total. Woohoo!!

Last night I had MCDONALDS for dinner!!! I ate a double quarter pounder with cheese without the bread and two side salads with ranch dressing. How cool is that? I forgot and got the whole meal but my husband ate my fries,,,along with his fries. I did have ONE fry but that was it.

For the rest of the day I had a steak, cheese and jalapeno omelet for breakfast and ground beef/rotel/cream cheese...

It's Friday, finally!!

Here is my menu for today:
B:5 pieces bacon
diet A&W Root Beer

L:Grilled chicken salad ranch

S:SF Chocolate pudding

D:Steak
Broccoli with cheese

Goals:
Do laundry and start decluttering my house! Box up things that I don't use or really want for a garage sale.

HAGD!!!
