So yesterday I had a few friends come over and we had dinner at my mom's house. I had home made chinese (no noodles, meat and veggies), salad and some strawberries. I might have overdone it on the wine after dinner but we had a good time. Today the scale was still down to 247, I was expecting it to jump back to 250 again.

The best part was going SHOPPING today. I tried on a LOT of clothes, and I kept picking up 2X only to find that they were too big for me . What an awesome feeling!!!!
I have to say that I looked DARN GOOD in some of those tops that I tried on. But I...

only gained about 5 lbs while on vacation. not too bad for all the cheating done. still tried to stay away from sugar, but I wasn't able to stay away from breads that much.
