Tuesday - Sept 23

1.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with turkey ham (water)

Lunch: spring mix salad with cheese and chicken strips (water)

Dinner: tequilla lime chicken wings and creamed spinach leftovers (water)


2. Exercise
Type of Exercise: 2 segments from 10 min solution kickbox bootcamp (both arm and shoulder sculptor segments)
Amount of time: 20 min

3. Water
Ounces of Water 96
Ounces of Other___

4. Supplements

Just another day

Blah. My days all seem the same sometimes. Had the baby all day and he will be bacjk at 5 in the morning with his 10 year old sister. I am getting way to old to raise a new family I must say.
On the plus side it does make me get up and move even when I would rather be lazy.This then is a plus even if I am beat by six o'clock.

My meals were on target today and my blood sugar was 131 this morning so it's gradually improving thank goodness. I never got to exercise though and hopefully soon I can find a stroller for him that is not as big as a tank like the one the kids...

so far so good

day 3, still hanging around 187 now, that is a stubborn number for me. Need to up the fat as always and my body seems to respond very well to it. Had about 2 glasses of acv water yesterday, so I did good with that now to make sure and get in the co bark!
