I honestly don't know, I start and restart so much i've lost track. I think it's day 5, but don't quote me on that. BUT, I'm down to 185!!! The pointer was actually a little below, but I'm just going to stick with that! So yay me!! I am still hungry and can't wait til I get to the point where I have to make myself eat!

I decided to start a blog to mark my journey through treatment of my eating disorder. So many people are curious as to what I am going through, and I am more than happy to share. The more support I can get the better.

So a little background for those who really dont know me. About 7 years ago I started a diet that turned into a full blown ED. Of course there are other underlying reasons, but that's how it started. I was officially diagnosed with anorexia as I was wheeled into the hospital to be tube fed. It took many months, but I regained the weight I needed and I deemed myself...

1. Net Carbs eaten:
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese; 1 slice turkey ham (water)

Lunch: 1 slice cauliflower pizza topped with chicken and bell peppers (water)

Dinner: chef salad!!! yummy (more water)

2. Exercise
Type of Exercise: 2 segments from 10 min solutions kickboxing bootcamp: basic training & arm and shoulder sculpt
Amount of time: 20 mins

3. Water

Or wear what you want? (a quote from my meeting yesterday) I like that quote. I am going to put it on a 3x5 card and slap it on my fridge.

I lost .8 yesterday. I will take it. Now I hope to lose again next week. I have not put two losses together in a while. Kinda been at a plateau.

Our leader was out sick yesterday so a substitute was called in to cover. It turns out that she is an old friend that I haven't seen in years. It was so good to see her again. I didn't even know she was working for WW's.
