Monday- Weigh in day

Down 1 lb for the week. Was hoping for 3 but at least it is not an increase. My goal for next week will be 2.5lbs.

Here is my meals so far for today.

Breakfast
Pepperoni and cheese slices
1 cup iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup

Lunch
Mixed nuts
Ceasar Salad

Dinner
Bonless buffalo wings and ranch dressing

Snack
1 cup popcorn

Well let's see. So far today for eats I have had:

5 egg cream made with coffee & 1/2 c. hc

Also about 1.5 c. of my turkey broccoli slaw casserole.

I am not really hungry today. Funny thing. I have to go over to fitday and log my food in and see where I am at. Well I had two hard boiled eggs after ball. My total calories for the day 1399, total carbs: 15.

Whoo hoo I am doing this thing.

Menu 7/20

Forgot to add in meals! I'm determined to keep myself accountable.

Breakfast: 4 slices bacon
2T pb (4 carbs)

Lunch: 1 thin cut rib eye

Dinner: hamburger patty

Snack: 1/2 c. pecans (2 carbs)

Total carbs for 7/20: 6 carbs

Dr. visit confirmed BP was down. YES! Now it's time to start on the WOE and the excercise plan.

Today's goal:
Cook up meats to have ready for eating
stick to plan
activate membership at gym!

Is it the fibre??

Just started out today using Carbquik and made pancakes this morn at 9:30..I did have 4 pancakes. It is now 3:30 and I am STILL not hungry!! This is amazing! Is it the fibre content that is doing this? Hope it lasts..whatever it is..
