I totally agree. It's a rough idea, so I don't get stuck in a funk when I don't lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks.

yeah I totally agree!! I have done this in the past and don't want to see ya beat yourself up over an 8 pound loss vs 10 or something like that LOL. It seems like you have your head on right though!!

I will need your support when I start only seeing .5 lb losses. That is when it starts being difficult. Although, I have been exercising almost everyday. I think that will make a difference.

I am trying to burn at least 500 calories each day, so that in a week it totals close to 3500. I am just starting so my ability to 'go hard' isn't quite there yet. I'm not burning that many calories in the same amount of time that someone who is fitter might.

It will come with time.....thanks for your ideas tho...appreciate it.
