I don't know how to "start" a blog, if you should do an introduction or if you just start to write any random thing that you are thinking or what, so I am just going to launch straight in.
I have a way to go.. A LONG way. Not as far as some and father than others but far enough to me which is important as this is my blog after all.
This could be a way that I could kind of chart my emotional journey as well as the weight-loss portion. I ws 195 at the beginning of the week and this morning I weighed 198 and it almost made me break down in tears. I think I mindlessly eat too much during the day that I can't recollect in the evening for my daily food review. Sad but true.
As much as I would like to kid myself that exercise isn't required here it is, so I will be logging some of that too.
So here goes for today:
weather: rainy
weight: 198
food so far
chopped onions, green peppers and tomato and 1 egg
4 small pieces of ham 2 slices cheese
1liter of water
2 cups of hot tea with 2 tsp splenda (no cream)
4 almonds.
I will eat dinner later and post that.
Today I am grateful for all my pals in support unlimited that keep me smiling.

I use my blog to keep track of my weight and feelings. Its a way to vent and a way to keep track if I have been motivated or lazy. I also go back and read my posts often so I know what stalls me or helps me.

I'm a new blogger as well !! Welcome !! I think the blog is a great way to vent your feelings when you dont like posting it to your buddy group. I'm sure my drama/pity party gets boring to some.
