I'm tired of my behaviour

I've been good all week following PP but for I'm not eating much *more* but I'm trying.
The scale is bouncing between 159-161.This afternoon it said 164 but I slipped yesterday and had a few baileys coffee,skipped supper and had oatmeal later...sigh....
I have 2.5 months to lose a goal of(and I'm being conservative here)15lbs.Often it takes me that long to lose 5lbs(which I promptly put back on again).
We're going on a camping holiday.I'd like to wear shorts.
Why am I not motivated to exercise?
I took the kids skating the other day but I need a regimented plan...

My days of debauchery are over...

I succumbed on Valentine's.I hadn't had chocolate in appx 6 weeks and I gave in.Actually I was quite restrained and only had a handful.
I did have a few white russians and also seafood fettucine alfredo(On Monday we went for dinner at Boston Pizza).I only hate half of it.
I've had serious carb binges before and this was quite controlled.
All the same the scale rewarded me with a reading of 164.
So on Tuesday I went back to plan.

I reread Protein Power and hadn't tried their approach but this time I'm giving it a go.
Intervention allows for 30g...

It's only a little stumble...

...I haven't exercised in a week(the kids were off part of this week too).I did work hard at work and do what you would almost call a *man's work*.
My eating hasn't been bad but for that it's before bed sometimes and I still succumbed to a few complex carbs in the way of multigrain bread and oatmeal and my reward for this behaviour is not a single ounce dropped on the scale.
There was once a time when my metabolism was a lot more forgiving.I could eat considerably more than I do now.
Sigh...
I need to step up the workouts, that's the bottom line and perhaps get back...

I feel myself slipping

...on that slippery slope.I don't know if it's because we've all been cooped up on account of the freezing temps or what.I did get out today and shovelled in front of the garbage as it's garbage day today.I had started my workout this morning as I've missed the last few days and then I was interrupted as one of the kids awoke early.I'm fatigued and weakening.
Yesterday I had cereal for breaky,some ham to munch on in the afternoon and then a bowl of soup and oatmeal before bed.
Today I had a small cinnamon bun(why I don't know-because it was there)and a piece of chicken.For dinner...

So I've misbehaved somewhat

...today I had a salad for brunch and only half at that as one of my kids stole the rest.I made donuts today and succumbed and had a chocolate dipped one.Afterwards I didn't feel well.Fried foods don't agree with me and I also really limit how often the family eats them too.
Then I had cabbage soup for dinner.

Yesterday I had an egg and toast for breaky and ham and veggies for dinner.My body was screaming for chocolate and I resisted.The scale said 157 that morning and was up to 160 that night.The scale said 158 this morning and is up again now too.I don't mind it bouncing...
