...yesterday I never did go for the walk to get lettuce nor did I make the stroganoff.I got a call from the school that my 8y/o DD fell off the playground equipment and bumped her head.So I get there and we spend a few hours in Emergency and they did xrays and she is all right.Phew.

So I made the kids KD,my DH leftover lasagna and I had a sausage and cheese omelet.

I got to bed late, was up at my usual 2:45am to get DH's stuff ready for work and make coffee and told myself for sure that i was going back to bed after he left but I didn't.I opted to clean up the mess I left in my kitchen and do some fresh baking for the kids school lunches...a bad habit that I'd gotten into sometimes was to get into the chocolate chips and down a handful.I haven't done that for awhile but the longing to do so is there.

Then I did my Tony Little Awesome Abs video.I fast forward through some of his silly stuff but what I like about him is that he focuses on the back/neck as he'd been injured before.I crushed a verterbrae when I fell backward out of a tree when I was younger so I'm always mindful about what I'm doing as I have put my back out before.

I have a number of exercise videos and should poke through and see if I have a good cardio one.I have one of his older videos also but can't remember what he focuses on.I'm figuring I should stay with this early morning routine even though I'm so tired.

I'm starting a part time job soon.My DH's employer offered it to me yesterday. She has a trucking outfit and would like me to put all the driver's load slips into the computer before paydays and also clean the shop as the mechanic is very busy.So I'd be sweeping the floor and whatever else is needed.I enjoy physical work so this will be good for me.So it's even more important that I keep the early routine or I'll be busy in the day and not get to it.

Today's menu:
B-oatmeal
L-canned salmon,celery,mayo
D-it'll be stroganoff sans noodles
Snacks so far has been pepperoni
