Corny I know

...but my New Year's resolution is to lose the weight.
I was 180(April2000) when I started LCing the first time after my 2nd child.
I got down to about 140 and LC through my next pregnancy and lost the baby weight easily and got down to 130.
Then I got pregnant with my fourth child and put on significant weight.When I left the hospital (March2004) I weighed 165.He turns four in March and yesterday when I checked I weighed 166.Yikes!
I've stayed pretty true to LC but I also had a tubal ligation,turned 40 etc...so this needs to be factored in plus I don't exercise with the ferocity I once did.
The daily tasks involved with a family my size is somewhat time consuming.I do take them for walks,skating etc...but that does not make my heart pound or anything.
Also I indulged a bit through the holidays.I was 152 before Thanksgiving and have been climbing ever since.
So I had my eldest daughter take *before* pictures of me in a bikini in front of the tree.The kids all had a good laugh about it.
Later tonight I'm going to take my measurements.I was looking for a notebook to use as a food journal and it came to me that a Blog would be the best place to store this information.I used to do Fitday but never got in there regularily enough.

So yesterday I began and I had:
B-ham,mshrm,chs omelet
D-ham,cabbage soup
Snk-peanuts

Today thus far:
B-chick,cauli,asparagus stirfry
D-I'll be having steak,prawns and mhrms

I'm tired of what clothes I do fit being tight and I look at a closet full of smaller clothes I used to wear.

My goal is to make it to 140 by May and I resolve to do it this time.
