trials and tribulations.

I am seriously floundering. i have not lost a pound, ive gained about 10 in a 3 wk slot, whilst doing induction, and exercising (last 4-5 days!)


i know it must be because of quitting smoking.

that said, ive just viewed by "before" pics and some taken today (3 weeks later) there is not a single difference, in fact id even say i look fatter now.


i look so horrendous in a bikini i may have to cancel my holiday.
