Induction has been hard...

I just joined and started the induction phase 4 days ago. Oh my goodness have I been craving carbs. In fact I learned to be more prepared when I leave the house because I have given in to a few cravings. I would have never thought I would crave this intense. It was hard to not give in more than I already did.

I needed to start this journey as I was starting to feel sick to my stomach everytime I ate. I was also intensely irritable. Just being on the induction phase has cleared up the sick feeling in my tummy...although the few times I let myself give in to the craving it caused my tummy to be upset again. I know now that this is the right WOE for me.
