I have been doing fairly well at stickin to the program other than I did not stay in induction. Once i de-sugared my body I wasn't craving anymore. I'm allowing a few carbs here and there for the most part not much. I have been feeling very empowered this time more so than any other time. I've tried the lc eating before for losing weight but this time it is for my health. I have been feeling better than I have for months and that alone is helping me stick to the program. I have been lurking around for the past week and enjoying all aspects of this web site. I'm glad I joined...

In fact I learned to be more prepared when I leave the house because I have given in to a few cravings. I would have never thought I would crave this intense. It was hard to not give in more than I already did.

I needed to start this journey as I was starting to feel sick to my stomach everytime I ate. I was also intensely irritable. Just being on the induction phase has cleared up the sick feeling in my tummy...although the few times I let myself give in to the craving it...
