oh i have to quit getting on the scale all the time. dammit. i KNOW this is insane but i cannot seem to get myself to stop stepping on allll of the time. i mean all day long or at night or whatever. i need to cut it down to once a day in the morning and then maybe once a week. starting now i feel comfortable saying that i'm not going to get on the scale again tonight. i will weigh in the morning but no more tonight.

I'm the same way. Everytime I go into the bathroom, I feel the need to step on it (like it is going to suddenly read that I met my goal weight).
