did really good today. scale this morning said 107 lbs gone. i'm expecting the scale to go up a lb or 2 during the week. seems like that it quite a patter with me and won't change but at least it's consistent.
i actually got a five minute walk in today. no big to some people but to me it's huge. my only excercise i have been getting is taking stairs at work. better than nothing. but i need to do a little more.
i'm thinking of checking out the work out shows on tv and seeing if there is one to record and do after i get home from work. baby steps baby steps baby steps.
