since august of 2007. i'm horrible about updating things online.
i eat NO MEAT and very LITTLE dairy. no fish or eggs, either. soy, seitan, and tempeh are my protein bases. along with legumes and peanut butter.
my big problem? not having a healthy relationship with food. being as heavy as i was i was dx'd as having binge eating disorder. then i was dx'd as being a compulsive overeater.
if they dx'd me now? i'd be a binger/purger with anorexic tendencies. not all the time, of course, and it's been far far less in this past year and a half. ...
