Down a Little More

Progress has been great. Slow but sure weight loss. No hunger and NO cravings.

Well that's not entirely true. Last night before dinner while watching the evil Tube, a commercial came on and the people were eating Chinese food. Chinese food is my Achilles heal. I was sooo tempted to order out. Didn't do it. In fact until just now I forgot all about it.

Instead made Chicken Cordon Bleu and Chard. It was good.

Another day, another loss.

Thanks god. I'm down by another .4 of a pound today bringing my weight to 307.6. This is great. I don't think I'm eating enough though. My calories are too low especially since I plan on adding weight training in. I don't want to lose any muscle mass. I'm a muscular bear, and want to stay that way.

Back to work

The cold is lingering but I'm able to go back to work today.
Really p!ssed of that I went back up 1.4 pounds overnight. I know the weight is going to go up and down, and as long as it's a downward trend I should be happy, but it's still frustrating. I'm so tired of being this fat. I want the weight gone now! I know I didn't gain it overnight and I won't lose it overnight but can't help feeling the way I feel. It'll pass though.
I think that sometimes I just don't believe that eating the way I'm eating can lead to weight loss. Even though yesterday I was 25 pounds down. I'm still...

Still sick but getting better

And down another couple of pounds. Finally hit 25 pounds down.
So here is my "before" pic. Was on a cruise to Mexico. That's the reason for being so sweaty AND fat. Yuck.

Sick

Caught a cold. Couldn't go to work yesterday so stayed home, but ate well - at least until dinner. Even then it wasn't a total disaster. Refused to cook so it was Chinese. No rice, some szechuan beef and walnut prawns. Only ate one walnut. God they're good but too much sugar. The prawns with the mayo are the best part anyway. Oh, and 2 small egg rolls. So up one pound from my new low yesterday which was 309.2. No big thing. I expect to zig zag. I think 310 will be my new high on the zag.
The worst part of yesterday was not the food. it was the Nyquil. Took it without thinking and then...
