In 2002 I started Atkins with a starting weight of 141 at 5'4 and within 2 months reached a weight of 118. I was very pleased with the outcome. Working out 7 days a week for at least an hour a day and sticking to the diet strictly. However I was so pleased with the results I started to have a different mentality of "well just one piece of pizza won't hurt since I've hit my goal and feel great".
