I started doing low carb when I did my allergy elimination and felt amazing. I kept to it for ages and kept feeling great, in addition to not eating gluten or dairy.
Lately I have been really bad and I feel awful so I decided to start again today.
Breakfast:
Chocolate Pudding made from silken tofu, 1T Dark cacao and stevia. Yummy and filling.
Lunch:
2 Spinach, Corned Beef, Baby Tomato & Soy Cheese Egg Muffins with Baby Spinach Salad.
Drinking carbonated water with two slices of lemon and a dash of stevia in a whole bottle. It's really keeping me satisfied!
I am aiming for around the 20-30 gram carb mark. I want to lose another 5 kilos (10 pounds) or so, but I think a lot of that will come down to exercise.
I am going to get some Tofutti to try and make Oopsies tomorrow.
