So, of course, I start my big diet plan the week before the 4th of July... not really thinking about the big BBQ we had planned. I didn't want to let my friends down, so I decided to just be good.
My hubby made blueberry/raspberry pie, and there was homemade ice cream and corn on the cob and all sorts of things I shouldn't have.

Hey I'm proud of myself!! I got through the WHOLE DAY w/o cheating!! Here's what I ate:

L: 1C raw spinich, .5C romaine lettuce and a can of tuna with some green goddess dressing
D: 3 pieces...
