New diet regimen

I've been doing okay with my new diet, but it's really taking a lot of time out of my day to plan and shop and cook. My hubby says it's a very good thing to spend time on, but it's getting old already.
To be truly gluten/grain free, I have to cook all three meals, all seven days.
I have to figure a way to make a bunch of stuff over the weekend, so I don't have to go shopping almost every day. I have been getting a lot of fish, chicken, eggs, leafy greens, veggies, and some fruit and cheese... and my new find: almond meal.
I'm slowly losing weight! I'm happy about that
so the diet is working, as well as the fact that I am feeling better than ever before... I just have to make cooking my full-time job. I work from home as a graphic designer... so I hope I can keep up with it all.
Maybe it's a new business I should start: Gluten/Sugar Free Meal Planning and Cooking... I know I would pay for that service!
