gym day

So I got myself a membership at another gym... I went in yesterday to meet with a trainer and she totally kicked my butt! I'm walking and doing everything a little slower today - so sore
Oh well ~ it's worth it. I miss going to the gym... I used to go about 3-4x a week for years and years. I quit just last January because of how crappy I was feeling. Plus I had gained almost 25 pounds since starting that membership, so I felt it wasn't really doing anything.

Now with this new diet plan, I'm re-invigorated to try my workouts again. Maybe this time I'll have some success... actually I know I'll have success ~ I've already lost more on this diet than any other... and that is without the gym!

My little goal is to go 4x a week to run on the elliptical 30 mins minimum, and the workout my trainer did with me yesterday. As well as my 1x week yoga class and my personal home yoga practice... and my doggie walks. I think that will all do me good and I'm so excited to see how I'll be feeling next summer!
