oil cleansing method...

so in the muscle matters there is an offtopic oil cleaning method for your face. I did it last night and today and my face FEELS OUTSTANDING!..
I also started oil pulling this am with coconut oil and a few drops of oregno oil, then brushing my teeth with bakingsoda and seasalt.
I hope this all starts to work (the oil pulling more)

Hi, I just wanted to say that I went to your myspace and you look fabulous!!! Im turing 28 soon, and I hope I can look like you soon!!
