ugh back to work but starting ketosis

Ok so I started atkins 72 yesterday... woot woot! I loved the book! Not bad yesterday I can't complain . So this am while I sit on the terlit lol and wait for my bath to fill, I write in my blog.
You may ask if I have a computer or laptop in my bathroom? Nah I'm on my sidekick. (Handheld phone with internet and keyboard)
I'm really debating weighing myself today, I didn't even weigh yesterday. I'm afraid to see how much I really gained. I'm afraid if I weigh today that I'm going to weigh more today then I did yesterday because yesterday I just took a guesstimate of what I thought I was up to...
Oh well bath is almost full, I mine as well go belly flop into it ha!
But the good news is I peed on a ketone strip and there is already traces of ketones woohhoooo!

I would weigh if it were me.....In a week or two you will really want to know how much you lost, plus it can be quite motivating....just my 2 cents......Welcome to the blogspot
