Well I'm back from my meeting and I weighed 228.8 so I was up a pound. I wasn't surprised at all and I didn't freak out about it. The meeting was good. I really like this leader. She talked about the summer season, cooking out and some of the things that we can do to stay on plan. I'm determined not to go back next Saturday heavier than I am today. 
This leader starts the meeting out with food finds that members have shared with her during the week and also asks if anyone has any food finds to share. I think that's pretty neat.
Oh yeah I almost forgot to mention, my peony bloomed!!!!! It's so pink and pretty!! I'm going to take a picture and post it. It took 4 years but it was worth the wait.

They are beautiful when they bloom. They wont grow where I live. Cant wait to see the pic
