It's been an interesting week so far. 
Man I'm behind on updating my blog! I haven't been feeling that great for quite a while. I've had this really bad wheezing and I'm out of breath all the time. I thought it was congestion so I had been taking a lot of mucinex but that wasn't doing anything. So Monday I went to the doctor and found out I have asthma and bronchitis. Good grief!! How does a 32 year old women end up with asthma? I've never had asthma! The doctor gave me some medications that have helped a lot though. I guess this explains why I've been so out of breath for so long now. It's been going on for months and I should have went to the doctor a long time ago. She couldn't believe how bad I was wheezing! My eating on Monday evening wasn't that great. It was just emotional eating but I did much better yesterday and will continue so today.
I'll have to get caught up on everyone's blog.

Yeah, I got asthma later on in my life too. It was after I gave up smoking cigarettes oddly enuf. My doc said you can get asthma anytime it is not just a kids disease. I was on meds for a while but I got off them. (too strong) Now I have two inhalers if needed.
