Thank goodness this weekend is over...

because my eating was horrible. Good grief!! I thought yesterday was going to be okay and then my husband wanted chinese food. Today is a new day. I can only imagine what the scale says today. I'm not going to stress myself out about it though. I decided to take that dress out of the closet and it's hanging in my bathroom. (Thanks for the suggestion Reg and ceecee!) Getting into that dress means much more to me than a number on the scale!!! Who knew I would ever think like that! I've always been scale obsessed. It was all about a number and that's all that mattered. Not anymore. I'm finally starting to think of this as a lifestyle and that's cool.
