LOL at least my co-workers and my face-book folks remembered!!

Ok, here's a happy birthday to me thread. HAHA

A cake that my co-workers just shocked me with and a card filled with cash.

See why I love it here so much? The last job, they barely would eek out a Good Morning... here, they surprise you with singing and cake and money!

Working out never felt so good

Seriously! When something becomes a habit and you're forced to not do anything for two weeks.. it's miserable. I thought it'd be so hard jumping back into the workout routine but it wasn't. I picked up right where I left off.

The back is all better. Not even a twinge of soreness.


That's it for today. YAY for working out!!

For the love of all that's..

gah.

It is 11 days until my birthday and I'm still not at 250. I knew setting this goal would be a possible letdown but dang.... others have lost more!

Of course it didn't help that I injured my back somehow on May 2 and have yet to be able to walk without intense agony. No Codine nor muscle relaxers have helped. Sucks, really. Because what I really want to do is hit the treadmill and walk for an hour. I miss it. I was tempted last night but as soon as i took a step.. it burned. LOL that'll learn me!

So, I briefly saw 260 than immediately jumped...

Oye.. No update for a while!

Ok, so I'll update now!

February 22 was my three month post op. I weighted in at 275, a total of 55 pounds GONE.

I've gone from a womans size 34 jean to a size 22 and all my shirts are baggy but I'm not buying shirts until my birthday in May.

I have good eating days and bad. Sometimes I eat, and sometimes I don't.

I feel much more confident and love taking photos to see if I can tell a difference. I can see a bit and that's encouraging!!
