I'm interested to see how my body changes if my only workout is Callanetics.

I started with Countdown but swapped to 10/10 around day 25. Since then, I have included also Cardio Callanetics and Evolution in my program.

I plan to do the full programs every other day. Rotating or doing what feel the best at that time. Cardio portion I plan to do every day.

Although, I will take a day off if my body insists!

About my way of eating. I do not follow any special diets as I never stick to them. Instead, I'll try to watch my eating and make it as healthy as I possibly can. But, and this is important (for me anyway), I will not say no to goodies in parties or such events. Although, I will eat only a reasonable amount.

My Callanetics total is:
24 days of Countdown
18 hours of 10/10
1 of Evolution
7 of full CardioC
4 cardio parts of CardioC

Not that bad

My leg didn't hurt at all during leg lifts and I was brave enough to follow Karen on some moves. Although, that cardio is still a bit fast and I feel like I'm going to fall sometimes. Works great on balance, too, I gather

Toning goes great. Apart from the hand weights, I'm following Karen on most of the movements.

I have been resting for three days. Which...

Full cardio

Finished an hour of CardioC. I was able to lift the leg and followed Sara throughout cardio. Toning was a mix from Judy to Karen

I'm almost able to walk correctly, although I need to concentrate extremely hard to actually walk and not limp, which is easier at this point.

I should do something about my right calf, though. And the sole of the foot. Both are somewhat stiff.

CardioC

Today: full CardioC.

Didn't lift the legs in cardio and as I was feeling pretty good, decided to go on with the toning.
I took it easy, though.

I'm a bit afraid, as a week ago I did the same thing. First cardio and the next day the full hour. It resulted in a trip to the hospital. This time, though, I have been taking it easy.

Let tomorrow be good

First time - again

I just did the cardio part of CardioC.

Followed Mackenzie and took it easy. I didn't break a sweat, but aimed my concentration to pelvic floor, abs, back, and counterpulls in general.

This time it felt more like ballet I do hope that tomorrow my leg won't hurt as much.

Easy start

No painkillers today (knock knock).

I'll go for a little walk and try CardioC tonight. I'll take it easy and follow Mackenzie.

Tomorrow I should get back to work.
