The weekend is about upon us... and today I got up to the scales and found another 2 pounds lost.... so 16 pounds gone for good!
I am still determined and already feeling better with just that much off... but a long way to go yet... but I will get there! I would be happy if I can drop 10 pounds a month... which should be safe and healthy... of course my age is against me everyone seems to say... but still going to prove them wrong! I need to remember to up my water.... that is an easy one to slack off on for me for some reason. I know this journey takes proper eating of low carbs, proper rest, exercise and lots of water intake. Hello Bathroom.... LOL!
Not sure what all I am going to be eating today.... tonight I know I am experminting with making some chicken soup but of course keeping it low carb! I will see how that goes
and to go with it I guess I will just whip together a tossed salad with all the goodies Low carb of course.
Today doing lower body weight workout and 20 min or more on the rebounder.... also need to remember to do some deep breathing exercises.. oxygen helps burn fat... and I need all the help I can get!
