Today this morning my husband said he could see the results of my efforts and called me skinny!!!!! I was so flattered. I know some of it was him being his oh-so-supportive self, but I really needed that little push and I've been walking on clound nine all day.

I do have to admit that sometimes it a struggle as I am the cook for my family of 4 children, my husband, my mother and myself. I prepare them different meals than I cook for myself. I haven't really had much of a problem with this especially with the recipes on here.

I am however still having trouble getting...

Today started out well, I stepped on the scale am now down 2 more pounds. This gives me the inspiration to keep going.
