BREAKFAST: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 oz cheese and tsp salsa and 3 sausage links

SNACK: CHEESE SICK AND DIET RITE

LUNCH SALAD AND RANCH
DIET RITE

DINNER: 2 B-Q RIBS (TRIED TO HAVE AS LESS AMT AS POSSIBLE OF SAUCE)AND SALAD WITH BLUE CHEESE AND ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS OF PEAS AND 40 OZ WATER

SNACK: DILL PICKLE SPEAR AND DIET RITE

Well I am getting kinda frustrated that the scale is not moving the way I want it to. I am sure it has something to do with the fact that I had drinks 2x's this week. And now I will tonight also since it is Candy's bachelorette party! After tonight, no alcohol whatsoever for the week and see if that makes a difference
But I will try not to get to down. Next Friday is my actual 1 month of "dieting" but I have only been back on doing low carb for 1 week. So Next Friday I will see how much total weight I have lost for the month. Come on scales.....mama says move! Myrtle Beach...

I am vowing to walk on my treadmill 2 times a week. I know its not much, but it is a realistic start.

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and a Diet Rite

I WANT PIZZA TODAY!!!!!! NO NO NO!
I guess I will go buy some pepperoni and cheese and melt it and have it later tonight. Hopefully that will fix the craving

LUNCH: Wendy's caesar side salad and bacon cheeseburger no bun no ketchup and Diet Coke
20 oz water

Dinner: 10 oz ribeye and side salad with ranch
20 oz water

I forgot how tired and rundown I would get initially, but I am going to do it. Seems like I always do very well when I have a goal: like my 2 trips coming up.

Breakfast today: 2 strips of bacon and 2 small pieces of canadian bacon/ham and diet coke

Lunch:20 ounces of water and Hardees LC thick buger -ketchup add mayo/must with extra pickles and side salad with ranch

SNACK: 5 baby carrots
20 ounces of water
decaf coffee cream and equal

Well Candy came over with birthday present and we had drinks So I had 3 vodka with...
