BREAKFAST: 3 slices of bacon and diet dr pepper


LUNCH: 1.5 servings of Planters Peanuts and one of those tiny pre-made cans of tuna salad with crackers but I ditched the crackers and 50.7 oz water

DINNER: toppings off of 3 slices of pizza and had drinks with Wendy

BREAKFAST: 3 slices of bacon and diet rite

LUNCH: side salad with ranch and can of albecore white tuna and 30 oz water

DINNER: 3 radishes and a piece of cheese
(Had to do volunteer bingo work and didnt get home until 10:15) diet pepsi and 10 oz water

FEELING INSPIRED

WELL....its Tuesday and day 9 of low carbing but day 25 of "dieting". I am feeling really inspired and motivated right now and hope and pray this feeling continues. I know God is probably tired of hearing my month after month, year after year prayers of "Lord give the me the strength and will power to get rid of this weight and keep it off." I lost 40 lbs the first time around and I know I can do it again. 1st goal...There are only 52 more days until Kim and I take the kids to Myrtle Beach. The mini goal was to be under 200 lb range and I think I can definitely do...

BREAKFAST: 2 sausage patties and a small decaf hazelnut coffee with Davinci's sugar free vanilla and tsp of 1/2 n 1/2

LUNCH: 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers no bun with extra pickles with mayo and about a knife swipe of ketchup
20 oz water

DINNER: bacon and cheese hamburger patty, 1/2 cup of sourkraut and side salad with ranch
20 0z water

SNACK:cheese stick and CL fruit punch

Well I did not get on the treadmill over the weekend but I did lots of house cleaning, bed making, vaccuming etc. I feel guilt but I was moving around anyway. The scales seem to be moving so thats good. I will post Friday my total loss for the month.
I really need to cut down the Diet Rites and Diet COkes and drink more water. I am drinking way more than I normally do, but I know its because right now I am using that to curb my sweet tooth.

BREAKFAST: 3 sausage links and Diet Rite
1 decaf coffee with equal and power cream

Snack: Diet Sunkist and Hot...
