Breakfast: 3 pieces of bacon and 1 fried egg

LUNCH: Arby's bacon, cheddar roast beef--toss the bun and 20 oz water

32 oz tea with 2 sweet n lows

DINNER: 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 2 tomatos, 1 celery stick and ranch dressing. Diet coke
water

I have to share this even though its in "my blog" but you gotta read this!
So as I was saying in the other blog I am a little sad because my 10 yr old daughter flew for the first time last Thursday to Oklahoma to stay a WHOLE month with her grandma's and cousins etc. Anywhoooo....she flew out of Nashville as it was cheaper so my husband drove...first time flying and guess who my 10 yr old gets to sit next to the whole way???JESSICA Simpson! Can you belive that! She was soooo excited! Got her autograph and Jessica let her hold her dog and gave her some candy and talked on her phone!...

confessions of a cheater

Well.....it happened....I cheated over the weekend. Me and hubby went out ot eat dinner and I have mexican food and then me and girlfriends went to see Sex in the City and I had popcorn. So there it is.....but I am back on track today and no I am not jumping off of the wagon for good. I still have Myrtle Beach and the cruise to contend wiTH!

BREAKFAST: 2 pieces of tenderloin and Diet Rite

LUNCH: caesar side salad and 20 oz water

SNACK: small bag of PLanters spicy peanuts
20 oz water

LUNCH: 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers no bun with tom and 1 pack of ketchup
20 oz water
tea with 1 sweet n low

DINNER: 2 pieces of broiled fish and about 1/4 cup of string beans
20 oz water

SNACK: a piece of snack cheese
