Well I am feeling pretty good, I am out of the 200 LB club and in the onsies! I dont think I will make it to the 25 lb mark by Myrtle Beach though. I have hit 21 lbs and leave for Myrtle Beach next Friday...which leaves me 4 lbs to lose in 8 days. Well if I just started thie WOE I could do it, but now being on it for a while...dont think so. BUT I WILL TRY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well.......went way over board last night.
Had 2.... yes 2 bowls of no sugar added, vanilla ice cream and reduced sugar chocolate sauce.
I felt sick afterwards!
But I admit it was good at the time.
But thats it! Back on track today

Well, you know its been a while since I've had sweets if I start dreaming about them.
I guess it happened because last night I was really wanting someting sweet. I didnt do it.....but then I went to bed and had a dream that I ate 2 pieces of cake! lol
Oh..well....after that I had a dream about an ex-boyfriend...lol

Well as I approach the 20 lb mark, I am excited and oddly nervous. I have done this so many times before and for whatever psychological reason, lapse and never get back on track. I am still feeling very motivated, so I dont feel that coming on, so I will NOT sabotage myself again! Plus.......1 month till Myrtle Beach! Then the cruise in November so I must remember that short term and long term goal. I so want to WOW hubby's co workers on the cruise and not just for myself but for hubby too. I want him to be like " Ya...look at my wife."
So I will keep on a truckin'! ...
