Here is what I stated yesterday in the Journal message board. Still trying to figure out the Blog thing.....maybe I have it.

Well.......went way over board last night.
Had 2.... yes 2 bowls
of no sugar added, vanilla ice cream and reduced sugar chocolate sauce.
I felt sick afterwards!
But I admit it was good at the time.
But thats it! Back on track today
