Here is what I stated yesterday in the Journal message board. Still trying to figure out the Blog thing.....maybe I have it. 
THURSDAY
BREAKFAST: 3 pieces of bacon and diet sprite
LUNCH: side salad with ranch and cheeseburger -bun diet coke
20 oz water
SNACK: string cheese
DINNER: chicken breast with bacon, ham,cheese and mayo water
