Here is what I stated yesterday in the Journal message board. Still trying to figure out the Blog thing.....maybe I have it. 
WEDNESDAY
BREAKFAST: 2 pieces of tenderloin and Diet Dr Pepper
LUNCH: small can of pre made tuna and 20 oz water
(am trying to save up for tonight-going to friends house. Dont know what there will be to eat yet)
DINNER: Chicken caesar salad
mixed drinks (all with no carbs)
