Here is what I stated yesterday in the Journal message board. Still trying to figure out the Blog thing.....maybe I have it. 
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: 4 strips of bacon and diet pepsi
LUNCH: small can of pre made tuna
20 oz water
SNACK: Slim Jim
SNACK: 2 round slices of salami rolled up with spicy mustard, lettuce and banana peppers
Had 2 beers (light) with Kim
DINNER: 7 oz ribeye about 6 radishes with some ranch
