FRIDAY & 1 MONTH WEIGH IN
1st month official weigh in and it is......
lost 12 lbs
BREAKFAST: 2 pieces of tenderloin and Diet 7up
LUNCH: CHEF SALAD WITH RANCH AND 30 OZ WATER
SNACK: HOT N SPICY SLIM JIM AND DIET RITE
lost 12 lbs
