Here is what I stated yesterday in the Journal message board. Still trying to figure out the Blog thing.....maybe I have it. 
TUESDAY
BREAKFAST: 2 sausage patties and a small decaf hazelnut coffee with Davinci's sugar free vanilla and tsp of 1/2 n 1/2
LUNCH: 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers no bun with extra pickles with mayo and about a knife swipe of ketchup
20 oz water
DINNER: bacon and cheese hamburger patty, 1/2 cup of sourkraut and side salad with ranch
20 0z water
SNACK:cheese stick and CL fruit punch
