Here is what I stated yesterday in the Journal message board. Still trying to figure out the Blog thing.....maybe I have it. 
MONDAY
Well I did not get on the treadmill over the weekend but I did lots of house cleaning, bed making, vaccuming etc. I feel guilt but I was moving around anyway. The scales seem to be moving so thats good. I will post Friday my total loss for the month.
I really need to cut down the Diet Rites and Diet COkes and drink more water. I am drinking way more than I normally do, but I know its because right now I am using that to curb my sweet tooth.
BREAKFAST: 3 sausage links and Diet Rite
1 decaf coffee with equal and power cream
Snack: Diet Sunkist and Hot N spicy pork rhinds
LUNCH: caesar side salad and 20 oz water
DINNER: bacon and cheese hamburger patty and 1/2 cup of mixed veggies 20 oz water
SNACK: cheese stick and Crystal Light Lemonade

why not try crystal light or wylers as a substitute for the diet colas? I have the same problem with diet coke...I just love it! I'm trying to slowly cut back because I know it's affecting my loss and making me retain water!
