I never thought I would utter (type) those words
. I consider myself a very personal person and although its a lot easier to share in Cyberspace I still feel "funny" doing it.
I really just want a journal to keep track of what I am doing and hopefully stay on plan.
What is my plan you ask? I'm still working that out, but as of August 1st I have decided to give the One-Meal-A-Day plan a try.. with that meal being LC, VLC and/or ZC.
Yesterday was my first PreDay and it went very well and I consider it a success. Today day second and final Preday.
Unfortunately, I am at work and need to get something done
, but happy I got this started.
Ok.. I feel weird.. in an excellent way. I was afraid I was starting to get hungry... but part of me knows this is a big change for me and my supposed hunger was/is probably due to habit. I mixed up my ACV concoction (tbl or 2 of ACV, packet of stevia, 2 pckts true lemon 33 oz water). Sipped it over the next hour or so, lo and behold I am not really hungry... but I am slightly hungry... again out of habit or because I had too many carbs and not enough fat last night? Only time will tell

Good luck with your new plan! If you don't mind.....can you describe the one meal a day plan in greater detail?
